Pre­par­ing the sur­face of new or ex­ist­ing steel struc­tures and ap­ply­ing the ap­pro­pri­ate cor­ro­sion pro­tec­tion coat­ings.

You will achieve Level 2 In­dus­trial Coat­ings Ap­plic­ator qual­i­fic­a­tion 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

No formal re­quire­ments, however it is use­ful to hold Func­tional Skills level 1 Eng­lish and Maths. Ap­pren­tices without the func­tional skills level 1 Eng­lish and Maths will need to achieve level 1 Eng­lish and Maths and take the test for level 2 prior to tak­ing their end point as­sess­ment.
