We are looking for a Procurement Support Administrator to join our team in Sellafield on a permanent basis. 

How You Will Make An Impact

• Create, issue, and track purchase orders to make sure items arrive on time.
• Contact suppliers to check order status, compare price quotes, and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate logs of purchases, costs, inventory levels, and supplier databases.
• Help prepare tender documents, check invoices, and schedule meetings.

What You Will Bring

• Passes at GSCE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths or relevant experience in a similar job role.
• High accuracy and excellent attention to detail when entering numbers, checking prices, and reviewing order quantities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to talk with vendors, stakeholders and internal staff.
• Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel), procurement software and general computer skills
